Are you looking to upgrade an outdated IT environment, set up a server cluster or implement a centralised architecture? With our years of experience in cost-effective IT systems integration, we are better placed than any other provider to implement your project. We aim to ensure maximum performance and reliability at a manageable price that gives you an easily quantifiable return on investment.

Profile of a typical integration project

1. We determine your requirements. We hold a project kick-off meeting with the objective of:

- Identifying the environment you operate in.

- Identifying the constraints imposed by your industry.

- Determining your expectations in as much detail as possible.

- Preparing a scalability plan. This step is key for a successful project, as it allows us to anticipate your future requirements based on the information you supply and guide you towards a sound investment.

- Determining the steps and activities involved in implementing the service.

2. We present a fully costed quotation detailing each of the services we will provide. If required, we can also schedule user training sessions for when the new system is up and running.

3. Implementation

Integration, for us, is the process of implementing the IT system hardware. It does not include software installation, although we can provide this service too if desired. Typical IT system integration activities include:

- Infrastructure design (engineering development work)

- Installation and configuration of the new hardware

- Functionality testing.

Note regarding IT system downtime: In order to limit system downtime, integration work can be carried out at weekends or on public holidays. This service attracts a small surcharge, but has the benefit of avoiding disruption to your organisation.

Once your IT architecture is in place, we can provide network administration services, including technical support for users and server maintenance.
